Instructions for activating a public fixed IP address

By default, the SIM cards have dynamic private IP addresses (IPv4).

To request the public fixed IP address service (Ipv4), the procedure is as follows:

Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password)
Click the number of the SIM card to see the “SIM card details”
Click the “Request a public fixed IP address” button
Click “CONTINUE” to confirm

Once you have made the request, wait for an email to confirm that the service has been activated.
