Instructions for terminating the contract
The procedure for terminating the contract is as follows:
- Click here to access the IoT Portal: https://www.thingsmobile.com/login. Enter the login credentials (username and password) that you received in your account activation confirmation email.
- Click “View profile” in the top right
- Click the “Contract termination” button
Alternatively, send an email to info@thingsmobile.com stating your username (the email that you used to register) and the number(s) of the Things Mobile SIM card(s) associated with your account.
Wait for a confirmation email.
There is no charge for contract termination.
