Instructions for terminating the contract

The procedure for terminating the contract is as follows:

  • Click here to access the IoT Portal: Enter the login credentials (username and password) that you received in your account activation confirmation email.
  • Click “View profile” in the top right
  • Click the “Contract termination” button

Alternatively, send an email to stating your username (the email that you used to register) and the number(s) of the Things Mobile SIM card(s) associated with your account.

Wait for a confirmation email. 

There is no charge for contract termination.
