What type of IP address does the SIM card have?

By default, the SIM cards have dynamic private IP addresses (IPv4).

To request the public fixed IP address service (Ipv4), the procedure is as follows:

• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password) 
• Click the number of the SIM card to see the “SIM card details”
• Click the “Request a public fixed IP address” button
• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm

Once you have made the request, wait for an email to confirm that the service has been activated.
