Why has the shared credit account not been updated after the activation of the SIM card?

The credit in your account will normally be updated within a few minutes of the activation of your SIM card.

If you bought the SIM card directly from Things Mobile at thingsmobile.com or elsewhere and the credit does not update within 60 minutes of activation, there is probably a credit alignment issue.

If you ordered the SIM card from Amazon, you might have been sent a SIM card with no credit due to a shipping error by Amazon’s logistics service.

To receive the credit, please send an email to support@thingmobile.com stating:

  • The order number
  • The order date
  • The SIM card number
  • Wait for a confirmation email.
