Is it possible to terminate the contract for a SIM card?
The procedure for terminating the contract is as follows:
• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here
https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter the username and password that you received in your account activation confirmation email)
• Go to the “Profile” section in the top right
• Click the “Contract termination” button
Alternatively, send an email to info@thingsmobile.com stating your username (the email address that you used to register) and the number(s) of the Things Mobile SIM card(s) associated with your account.
Wait for a confirmation email.
There is no charge for contract termination.
