Is it possible to terminate the contract for a SIM card?

The procedure for terminating the contract is as follows:

• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here and enter the username and password that you received in your account activation confirmation email)
• Go to the “Profile” section in the top right
• Click the “Contract termination” button
Alternatively, send an email to stating your username (the email address that you used to register) and the number(s) of the Things Mobile SIM card(s) associated with your account.
Wait for a confirmation email. 
There is no charge for contract termination.
