How do I get a refund for a SIM card?
The refund procedure for a SIM card will start as soon as we receive the item. The method of processing the refund will depend on the type of payment originally used.
If you used a credit or debit card, the bank that issued the card will receive the refund within five working days of the date of receipt of the returned items or the request for cancellation. To find out when the amount will be credited to your account, please contact the bank that issued your card.
