I recharged my account but the credit has not appeared. What do I need to do?

The credit normally appears within a few minutes of the recharge payment confirmation if you use a credit card or PayPal.

If you pay by bank transfer, the credit will appear within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
If you paid for a recharge on the IoT Portal with a credit card or PayPal and the credit did not update within 60 minutes, there has probably been a credit alignment issue.
To receive the credit, please send an email to support@thingmobile.com stating:
• Your username (the email address that you used to register)
• The recharge date
• The transaction number
Wait for a confirmation email.
An invoice will be issued as soon as the payment has been recorded and the recharge has been provided.
