Is it possible to switch from a personal account to a business account?
If you would like to switch from a personal user account to a business user account, please send an email to our Customer Service team at supporto@thingsmobile.com and provide the following information:
Personal user account
• Username (the email address that you used to register)
• A copy of the account holder’s ID document
Business account user
• Company name
• VAT number
• Address
• ZIP Code
• Town/City
• Province
• Country
• Email (it will be your new username)
• Name and Surname of the legal representative
• Certificate of Incorporation
If the legal representative and the holder of the personal account are not the same person, it is necessary to go through the ID document checking procedure.
