Is it possible to disable outgoing SMS messages?

To disable outgoing SMS messages, log in to the IoT Portal, go to the “List of SIM cards” in the menu on the left, click on the number of a SIM card to view its details, and select “Disable outgoing SMS service” from the options available in the menu at the top.
