Disabling automatic renewal of a shared data package

The procedure for disabling automatic renewal of a shared data package is as follows:

• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password) 

• Click “Data packages and automations” in the menu on the left

• Click “View shared data package details”

• Click “Deactivate automatic renewal” in the menu at the top

• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
