Disabling automatic renewal of an individual data package

The procedure for disabling automatic renewal of an individual data package is as follows:

• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password)

• Click the number of the SIM card to see its details

• Click “Disable automatic individual data package renewal” in the menu at the top

• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
