Is it possible to renew an individual data package that has run out early?

If an individual data package runs out early, you can activate a new individual data package with the following procedure:

• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login)
• Go to the “List of SIM cards” section in the menu on the left and select a SIM card
• Select “Add to an individual data package” in the menu at the top
• Select a data package from the drop-down menu
• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
