The procedure for dealing with a shared data package that has run out early is as follows:
• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password)
• Select “Data packages and automations” in the menu on the left
• Click “View shared data package details”
• Select “Renew manually”
• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
