What do I need to do if my SIM card connection is interrupted frequently?

This issue normally arises when you have selected a manual recharge automation option during the SIM card activation process and the connection is interrupted because no megabytes of data are available.
An automation option with manual recharging requires credit to be transferred from an account to a SIM card during a manual recharging process rather than an automatic one. To avoid the need for manual SIM card recharging, choose an automation option with automatic recharging. 
In the IoT portal you can select the default automation option, which will automatically recharge your SIM card with 10 MB.
Before you make a decision, we advise you to check the data traffic sessions recorded by your device.
For example, if your device records 12 MB data traffic sessions, we recommend that you recharge it with more megabytes by choosing a customized automation option with more megabytes in the recharge in order to avoid frequent interruptions.
The procedure for reactivating a SIM card is as follows:
• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password) 
• Select a SIM card in the “List of SIM cards” section by clicking in the box to the left of it
• Select “Reactivate” in the menu at the top
• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
The procedure for recharging a SIM card (MB) is as follows:
• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/login and enter your username and password) 
• Select a SIM card in the “List of SIM cards” section by clicking in the box to the left of it
• Select “Recharge (MB)” in the menu at the top
• Enter the number of megabytes (MB) that you want to add
• Click “CONTINUE” to confirm
If there is a data package associated with the SIM card, the Recharge (MB) option will transfer the megabytes from the data package to the balance of the SIM card
The procedure for matching an automation is as follows:
• Log in to the IoT Portal (click here https://www.thingsmobile.com/it/login and enter your username and password) 
• Click the “Data packages and automations” button in the menu on the left
• Click the “NEW AUTOMATION” button
• Give a name to the automation and choose whether to recharge the SIM card manually or automatically
• If you choose to create an automation with automatic SIM card recharging, set the “Minimum data traffic threshold (MB)” and the “Amount of recharge (MB)”
• Click the “CONTINUE” button to confirm
If there is a data package associated with the SIM card, the Recharge (MB) option will transfer the megabytes from the data package to the balance of the SIM card
