Is it possible to remove the email used when registering an account in order to carry out a new registration procedure?

Error when registering an account

If there is an error during the account registration process and the system does not allow you to register again because a message appears saying “ Your email has already been registered”, you can access your account by following the password recovery procedure:
• Follow this link https://www.thingsmobile.com/login
• Enter your username (the email address that you used to register)
• You will be sent an email with a link that you can use to create a new password
Asking to change your email address
If you would like to change the email address of your account, simply send your request to the Customer Service team by emailing support@thingsmobile.com and providing:
• Your current username (the email address that you used to register)
• Your new email address
• A copy of the account holder’s ID document
