I tried to add an individual data package but I got an error message. What do I need to do?

You should have received one of the following messages:

• It was not possible to renew the individual data package manually because you do not have enough credit: recharge your account and then try to add the individual data package to the SIM card again
• There was an error when activating the individual data package on the selected SIM cards: email our Customer Service team at support@thingsmobile.com, stating your username (the email address that you used to register) and the number of the SIM card on which you tried to activate the individual data package
