I have lost the ICCID of the SIM card. What do I need to do?

You can find the ICCID printed on the back of the plastic case in which the SIM card was found when you bought it.

Alternatively, you can ask our Customer Service team to provide it by emailing support@thingsmobile.com and providing the SIM card number and your username (the email address that you used to register).
