I tried to add a shared data package but I got an error message. What do I need to do?

You should have received one of the following messages:

• It was not possible to renew the shared data package manually because you do not have enough credit: recharge your account and then try to add the shared data package again
• There was a problem with the shared data package you have chosen: email our Customer Service team at support@thingsmobile.com, stating your username (the email address that you used to register) and the type of shared data package that you tried to add
• The maximum quantity of SIM cards for the shared data package has been reached: you cannot add any more SIM cards to the shared data package that you have chosen but you can add a new shared data package
• The shared data package is not available: select another shared data package
