You can activate a pay-per-use plan with a subscription fee by selecting the SIM card in your IoT portal and then clicking “ Set up a pay-per-use plan " button on the horizontal menu.

From the drop-down menu choose “Pay-per-use plan with subscription fee” then click CONTINUE

The monthly fee will be charged in activation of the pay-per-use plan with subscription fee
